Internal Diameter Coating Service & Development

Call us to develop and apply a Plasma Transferred Wire Arc coating to your part. We can offer a wide variety of coating materials. Our expert staff can guide you to the best coating for your application. Parts with diameters as small as 2.5 inches through 14 " diameters can be coated on site.
	Engines with bores from 2.5 inches to 8 inches can be coated onsite. Aluminum and Cast Iron blocks in all configurations can be coated. Use our patented fully tested Iron/Iron Oxide material to repair or replace worn cylinder walls or sleeves.
FSI has a variety of thermal spray equipment that can be used for coating-part development including twin wire arc, conventional plasma, wire combustion, powder combustion, and plastic flame coating equipment. We have x-y-z linear traverse stations as well as an articulated robot for automated coating services.
